RAW EGG YOLK POWDER

Lemony Turmeric & Pepper Egg Yolk Dressing

Ingredients:

2 tbsp egg yolk powder; ¼ tsp Dijon mustard; 2 tbsp olive oil; 1 tbsp coconut milk; 1 tbsp lemon juice; 2 tsp apple cider vinegar; ½ tsp ground mixed peppercorn; ¼ tsp ground turmeric; ¼ tsp salt; ¼ tsp dried parsley

Instructions:

• Put the egg yolk powder, mustard, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl and mix them with a hand-held mixer until everything has mixed and thickened a little.

• Turn on the mixer again and slowly pour 1 tbsp of olive oil into the bowl. Make sure you are continuously mixing. Repeat this with the 2nd tbsp of olive oil.

• Now, add the coconut milk, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, ground pepper, ground turmeric, dried parsley, and salt in a mixing bowl and give it a mix.

• Your dressing is ready to use.
