NATURAL GARLIC GRANULATED/MINCED GARLIC

Chinese Garlic Sauce for Stir-Fries

Ingredients:

2 tbsp rice vinegar; 2 tbsp granulated sugar; 1 tbsp light soy sauce; 1 tbsp dark soy sauce; 2 tsp Chinese rice wine; ½ tsp chili sauce; ¼ tsp sesame oil; 1 ½ tsp cornstarch; 1 tbsp water; 1 tbsp vegetable oil; 4 tsp granulated garlic

Instructions:

• In a small bowl, stir together sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauces, chili sauce, rice wine, and sesame oil.

• Take another small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in water.

• Heat oil over medium heat in a saucepan. Add the granulated garlic and cook, stirring until it is aromatic. Make sure the garlic does not burn.

• Quickly re-stir soy sauce to the saucepan and bring it to a boil. It will take a minute.

• Add the cornstarch-water mixture and stir continuously to thicken.

• Use it in your favorite stir-fries and enjoy.
