NATURAL CHAT MASALA

Chaat Masala Soda

Ingredients:

½ cup mint leaves; 1 tsp chopped ginger; 2 tbsp lime juice; ½ cup sugar; 1 tsp cumin powder; 1 tbsp chaat masala; ½ tsp black pepper powder; 2 tsp black salt; ½ cup water; soda water, as required

Instructions:

• Add the mint leaves, chopped ginger, lime juice, sugar, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder, black salt and water in a small jar grinder.

• Grind to make a smooth paste.

• Pass the mixture through a strainer.

• Add 4 to 5 tbsp of the mixture into a serving glass.

• Add a few ice cubes.

• Top the glass with soda and stir gently. Garnish with mint leaves and lime slices and serve immediately.
