RAW WHOLE EGG POWDER

Whole Egg Powder Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup salted butter, softened; 1 cup white granulated sugar; 1 cup light brown sugar; 1 tsp pure vanilla extract; 2 tbsp whole egg powder; 3 cups all-purpose flour; 1 tsp baking soda; ½ tsp baking powder; 2 cups chocolate chips;

Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 375 o F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

• Take a bowl and mix the dry ingredients like flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder. Set aside.

• Take another bowl and cream together the butter and sugars. Beat the egg powder and vanilla into it until fluffy.

• Mix the dry and wet ingredients along with the chocolate chips.

• Roll the dough and cut out pieces from it and place them on the cookie sheet.

• Bake for 8 to minutes and let it cool for 2 minutes and then place them on the cooling rack.
