QUINOA FLOUR

Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup quinoa flour; 2 eggs; 3 ripe bananas; ½ cup milk; 1 tbsp oil; ¼ cup sugar

Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 375 ^o Grease and keep aside a loaf pan. Whisk together quinoa flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add egg*, banana, sugar, milk, and oil until it is mixed properly.

• Add the mixture and blend it well. Now, lay the batter evenly on the loaf pan. Bake into a preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes.

• To ensure its properly cooked inside out, insert a toothpick and check that the center comes out clean. Let it cool and enjoy!

*Vegan option: Use psyllium eggs; mix 1-1/2 teaspoons of whole psyllium husk, 3-1/2 teaspoons of water, and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.
