RICE FLOUR

Gluten Free Crepes

Ingredients:

2 eggs; 1 cup milk; ¼ cup melted butter; ½ cup rice flour

Instructions:

• Mix eggs, milk, and melted butter in a medium-sized bowl and then, add the required amount of white rice flour and salt to taste. Blend them well into a smooth batter.

• Lightly grease a non-stick skillet over medium heat and slowly pour 1/4 cup of the batter mixture into it and swirl well so that it covers the entire area.

• Once the side is cooked well for 30 seconds, flip on the other side with a spatula and cook for another 30 seconds.

• Once the crepe is done, remove it from the skillet and serve warm.
